Capt Suporn Muangkhai from Thalang Police told The Phuket News today (June 2) that police have now managed to identify the men believed to be responsible for the murder of 35-year-old Chaiyuth Insathon and wounding of 27-year-old Rachen Rakpong in a knife attack on May 20 at Panan Karaoke in Moo 4 Thepkassattri. “We have been unable to make any arrests so far because all four suspects have already fled the island. However, we have been able to identify them and their getaway vehicle after questioning witnesses and checking CCTV footage from the area and along their escape route.

“We have advised police in the province where we believe they are to be on the lookout for them and have passed them copies of the arrest warrants,” he said.
