PHUKET: At least one person has been hospitalised in a traffic accident involving two vehicles that occurred last night (July 1) inside the the Darasamut Underpass.

A compact sized vehicle and a Toyotal pickup truck were totaled in the incident.
The Phuket News understands that at least one person is being treated at Bangkok Hospital Phuket.
The accident is the first of its scale to occur in the 600-million-baht tunnel since it officially opened in April.
