Apart from providing a place for consumers to pay their bills, PEA also provides other utilities services such as providing documented histories of households’ electricity usage.

This “One Touch Service” is designed to save people time and enhance convenience.

PEA explains that the concept of the shop is: “PEA Light for Life; service that brings light, warmth, stability and security for our society.”

PEA shops are open from 11am-7pm.

This year PEA plans to open 40 shops in coming months, and by next year there will be 100 shops in operation all over the country.
