PHUKET: Two motorcyclists are dead after a cement truck plunged down Patong Hill earlier today (July 6).

The driver did not flee the scene as has been taken into custody by the police for questioning.
Update: The two women whose motorbike was struck by the runaway truck died from severe head trauma. Police have yet to identify the women or to press any charges against or name the truck driver.
