The two women receive a lesson in Thai culture from a female police officer.

The video, shot at 9pm on Saturday (Jan 2) on Rat-U-Thit 200 Pi Rd in Phuket’s main entertainment hub Patong, shows 20-year-old American Adrianna Martin and 25 -year-old Austrian Camille Charlotte Prymann sitting and dancing out of the vehicle's rear windows while topless.

Police managed to track down the two women after finding the vehicle was registered to an address in Rawai.

The owner of the vehicle told police he had loaned the car to a friend who went on to give police the names of the two women.

Martin and Prymann have now been educated in Thai culture and fined B500 each for indecent exposure.

is thousands of thai girls selling their body and fattening bar owners with bar fines , is part of thai culture ? better to tackle that and educate these girls than doing the show for a pair of boobs.
Sorry to say that Thai culture never focused on hiding boobs , this came from western and arabic influence.

For centuries before the British arrived inflicting sexist mores onto the region, Thai culture accepted female breasts as mere body parts and not some form of above the waist sex organs to be criminalized. This law discriminates against females, thus a blatant violation of equal protection.
