Mr Suriya joins the Thavorn Palm Beach Resort after a year of serving as the Corporate Director of Sales at The Scenical Group, Khao Yai, in northeastern Thailand.
Mr Suriya began his career in hospitality at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, 31 years ago. Since then, he has worked with some of the best known brands in the industry, including more than a decade with Dusit Hotels & Resorts.
Before taking up his position at The Scenical Grop, he was General Manager at the Citrus Parc Hotel Pattaya, a post he took up after eight years of working as the General Manager of Siam Niramit Phuket.
