Charlene Jade Tay was in a group of six bikers who left Singapore on Wednesday heading for Phuket.
The New Paper reported that Ms Tay, who had worked with McCann for four years, died at the scene.
Antony Chaw of Singapore bike dealer BMW Motorrad, was injured in the crash. He is now at Phuket International Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery for broken bones in both hands and a broken right leg.
Arrangements are being made for Ms Tay’s body to be taken back to Singapore.
