Signs erected for suspects wanted in connection with Phuket bombings

PHUKET: Police are seeking assistance from the public in helping find the suspects wanted in connection with the Aug 12 bomb blasts across southern provinces and have erected wanted posters featuring pictures of 10 men believed to be responsible for the incidents.

The posters are posted at four locations, two of them can be seen on the side of the road as you leave or arrive to the island at Tha Chatchai, the third is located at the Phuket International Airport junction on Thepkrassattri Rd, and the fourth at Kathu junction.

Officers from the Phuket Special Branch Bureau of the Royal Thai Police erected four wanted posters on the island yesterday (Sept 13) seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspects and asking them to report any information or any known whereabouts of the wanted men to the relevant authorities.

The signs say that anyone with any information on the suspects can contact police 24 hours at any police station or by calling 191.

A Phuket Special Branch Bureau officer said, “The posters are posted at four locations, two of them can be seen on the side of the road as you leave or arrive to the island at Tha Chatchai, the third is located at the Phuket International Airport junction on Thepkrassattri Rd, and the fourth at Kathu junction.

Local police urge residents and tourists to keep an eye out for these men and contact local authorities if they have any information.

Put the Posters also at Banks on the Island and at Junceylon, Markets, Ferry Ports, also at Krabi, Samui, Koh Phangan and Markets in English and Thai and offer a Reward. At least with their faces everywhere, they will stay away from Phuket and may the other Islands too. Put them in Muslim Areas TOO. Put the REWARD big. Money always talks !
