With the help of many Rotarians, volunteers plus sponsors such as Eurothai Restaurant, Chamber of Secrets, Katathani and Phuket Zoo, the children had a half day of team-building games at Kata Noi, lunch and then the afternoon at the Phuket Zoo.
95 per cent of all children from Happy Home are non-Thais and study at the Happy Home because they are not admitted to Thai schools due to a lack of Thai language skills.
Happy Home’s children are considered to be children at risk and is supported by World Vision. They are in need of school supplies, financial support and volunteers to teach special skills. Reach out, visit W: RotaryPatong.org
