Cherngtalay Pattana Co, which is responsible for the road – which has been in poor repair for years – have warned local residents that the renovation of the road will begin on March 18, with a finish date of August 31.
While it is underway only one side of Lagoon Rd will be open, for traffic coming out of Laguna.
Traffic going into Laguna will be redirected through Boat Avenue Rd, past Sai Taan, Regent Bangtao and the Dusit Laguna staff quarters, before rejoining the main road through Laguna.
