An impressive line-up of eight Princess Yachts were on display at Pimex.

Quoting Andy Dowden, PIMEX Show Director “Having talked to many people at the show, the feedback from exhibitors and the interest from serious buyers has been very encouraging. We expect there to be a lot of business done after the show as a result of leads made at the show.”

It certainly was a success for Boat Lagoon Yachting which had an impressive line-up of ten boats at PIMEX including eight Princess Yachts ranging from the Princess 42 to the star of their display: the recently delivered newest model Princess 68, an Asian premiere.

On display at PIMEX were: the Princess 42, an iconic Princess model and the ideal family cruiser; the Princess 52, a perfect example of the Flybridge range; the Princess 60 Flybridge, a powerful and elegant cruiser as well as the Princess 64 with her sleek and sporty profile. Visitors also lined up to visit the Princess 72MY and Princess 78MY the ultimate cruisers.

The Star of the show was the all-new Princess 68 making her Asia Premier. The Princess 68 is an exciting departure from Princess-convention with a galley-aft arrangement on the main deck. There is a separate staircase to the amidships master suite meaning a single companionway forward leaves room for two full side-by-side twin cabins in addition to the forward VIP guest suite. Specified with a flybridge hardtop and davit she truly was the must see at this year’s show.

The Princess 64 Destiny also raised a great deal of interest as she is probably the most luxurious charter yacht under 100 feet in the region; and, as a recent addition to the luxury yacht chartering offer, she adds a new dimension to any luxury travel experience.

With her bright red colour hull, well-positioned on the corner of the most visited pontoon, the Wider 32 soon became the “wow” craft of the show.

Boat Lagoon Yachting was announced as the sole distributor for Wider Yachts in Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia a few days before the opening of PIMEX.

Last but not least, a day after the closing of PIMEX, the winners of the 2015 Motor Boat Awards were announced at the annual awards ceremony at the Landmark Hotel in London.

Among the winners in the eleven categories were the Princess V48 Open, in the Sportscruiser over 45ft category, and the Princess S72 in the Flybridge over 55ft category.

2015 certainly already looks very bright for Boat Lagoon Yachting.
