At 10:20pm, Thalang officials and volunteers arrested 19-year-old, Supakit Phromchai at a 7-11 at Moo1 Cherng Talay when he was found in possession of 23.3 grams of marijuana and 1.31 grams of ya ice.
Police also seized from Supakit an iPhone, a notebook containing information on drugs transactions and B200.
The arrest of Supakit came after stability department officials learned that he had been selling marijuana in Cherng Talay area.
Officials monitored Supakit for several days before contacted him to buy marijuana. Supakit agreed to meet his new client at the local convenience store on May 20.
After Supakit sold 2.24 grams of marajuana to officials he was searched on the spot and officials found the other drugs and notebook in his pocket.
Supakit was taken to Cherng Talay Police Station where he was charged with possession of Category 1 and Category 5 drugs with intent to sell.
