The man’s body was recovered from the pond by Kusoldharm divers and was taken to Vachira Hospital.
His body had no wounds so police have concluded the man drowned.
Witness Kammoon Poowai, 47, told police he was working on the sixth floor of an building opposite the pond, and saw the man walk into the water.
When Mr Kammoon looked a second time, he saw the man waving his hand, then disappear below the water. He called the police. Police are trying to identify the man.
