The Ronins will play a total of 38 matches this season, up four from last year. The increase in matches is due to Yamaha League-1's expansion from 18 to 20 teams (the Thai Premier League, in contrast, went from 20 to 18 teams).
Phuket FC will host back-to-back home games on April 22 and April 26 (vs Samut Songkhram FC and Chiang Mai FC, respectively) while they go on the road in consecutive games on September 12 and 20 (same opponents).
Pattaya United, the former team of current Phuket FC Head Coach Somyot “Daeng” Klinsrisuk, will visit the Ronins on April 4. The return match will take place on August 19.
All matches start at either 6pm or 7pm, a change from the usual 6:30pm kick off from last year.
International competitions will force the league to have multiple breaks this upcoming season. The AFC U-22 Championship 2016 qualifiers takes place in March while the 28th Southeast Asia Games in Singapore is scheduled for June 5–16.
World Cup qualifiers will also begin in October and November.
All Phuket FC games are played at Surakul Stadium, in Phuket Town, on Vichit Songkram Rd.
