Ponthip Ratajak, chief of Phuket Regional Blood Centre said at a monthly meeting at Provincial Hall that Phuket Regional Blood Centre is launching the “This Chinese New Year give Blood for a blessing to your life” campaign and invite all to join the campaign and donate blood.
The Chinese New Year celebrations start on Monday (Feb 8) and are one of the biggest cerebrations for many Thai-Chinese all over the world, especially here in Phuket, so it is a good opportunity to get people to be in the spirit of giving.”
“The blood donation campaign will run from February 6-12 at Phuket Regional Blood Centre and all those who give blood during the campaign will receive a Chinese New Year calendar as a souvenir. Everyone should come and be apart of this merit giving as a welcome to the Chinese New Year.
“Our office is open every day for blood donations,” she said.

Monday,Wednesday Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am-8pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 9am-3pm
