Addressing the media (as well as a few fans who dropped by to see the new coach) at a press conference at the team’s new training ground in Chalong, the Brazilian’s message was clear:
“I hope to make the chairman’s dream come true to be promoted to the Thai Premier League and to finish in the top three.”
His mission begins this Sunday at 6.30pm, when Phuket FC take on Nakhon Pathom United.
