At about 6:10 on January 17, Thalang Police were alerted to the incident, which happened in Sisunthon's Moo 3, along the northbound lane of Thepkrasattri Rd, about 150 meters north of the heroines monument. Police questioned the driver of the cement truck, named as Mr Naina Singprasong, 41, who reported that the deceased had been driving a motorbike and cut him off before becoming entangled with another motorbike driver, causing him to wipe out and be thrown off his bike and under the cement truck. Mr Tengsor was subsequently run over and killed by the right rear wheel of the cement truck. The driver of the second motorbike, who was not named by police, miraculously escaped injury. Police have invited Mr Naina for further questioning, and will speak with more eye witnesses and study CCTV footage before deciding whether or not to charge him with reckless driving resulting in death.
