As sad I was not being able to venture back to the UK for a traditional family Christmas dinner this year, I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy some tasty Christmas pudding-style cupcakes at a luncheon put on by the Phuket International Women’s Club at the Holiday Inn last Thursday (December 17). The delicious cakes made me feel all warm inside and were certainly the next best thing after mama’s homemade ones!
