Jet Asia Airways spokesman Anthony G Preece said on Friday (April 17) the carrier insisted on being able to schedule flights to the three nations.
It is also planning scheduled flights to China and South Korea in the second half of this year, which are well advanced, Mr Preece said.
Jet Asia issued a statement clarifying some key issues after Deputy Transport Minister Arkhom Termpittayapaisith said on April 13 that he ordered six airlines not to promote or sell any flights to Japan after May 31 in case flights are cancelled due to safety concerns.
Japan agreed to allow Thai-registered airlines to resume flights to Japan from April 11 until May 31. The six airlines to operate scheduled and charter flights to Japan are Thai Airways International, NokScoot, Asian Air, Jet Asia Airways, Asia Atlantic Airlines and AirAsia X.
However, Mr Preece said in the statement Jet Asia also expects to continue its charter flights from secondary cities in China to Bangkok and Phuket.
Jet Asia had received no directives from the civil aviation authority in Thailand or any other nation to the contrary, he said.
