Food lovers can now experience first hand the excitement and delightfulness of Iniala’s gastronomy, service and attention right here in Phuket. Inspired by the 17th Century French concept of “Traiteur”, the origin of today’s restaurant concept, Iniala Gourmet offers functionally tasty foods that match the demands of the fast-paced modern lifestyle, where fast does not mean compromise in food or service quality.

Located at Boat Avenue, Cherng Talay, Iniala Gourmet offers a myriad of dining styles, whether it is grabbing a quick bite to eat before work or during a lunch break, catching up with friends over coffee, having a lunch meeting, or dining out with family and friends.

Additionally, Iniala Gourmet is also home to Iniala Retail, where imported ingredients are available for purchase, because Iniala believes that one of the greatest joys is what happens around
a dining table.

Executive Chef Sandro Aguilera is very enthusiastic about this new branch of Iniala’s gastronomy. He says, “This is an exciting project for me because we get to create a very different angle on our Iniala concept of fine dining, where people from all walks of life can truly enjoy quality food and service in an everyday setting.”

Diners can choose the “Fit for You” breakfast featuring signature breads and pastries, all-day freshly brewed coffees and fruit juices, or create their own “Personal Lunch Box” at the deli, where eight new amazing sandwich recipes are available, or even enjoy casual dining at the bistro that serves delicious Mediterranean dishes, classic pizzas, healthy and flavourful salads, and of course, vin, foie and fromage.

Spanish Chef David Inglada, who also oversees all bakery production at Iniala Beach House and Aziamendi Restaurant, bakes the entire selection of breads and pastries on the menu fresh each d

In true Iniala spirit, award-winning Head Sommelier Fabien Etienne has handpicked a selection of 15 vintage wines for diners to fall in love with. Each bottle will be paired with a special “love note” from Fabien detailing its origin, history, taste, and cuisine pairing. Fabien will also host wine-tasting dinners and master classes, as well as offering a wine-consultancy service.
