This article and almost seems to come across that this is a good thing. The negligence that led to the tragic and untimely death of this beautiful young lady was bought out for about $28,500 USD, just a fraction of what these jerks rake in over the year. Disgusting to the core.

Did anything William diving do, or not do, contribute to her death ?
I wonder why they paid out one million ? just good PR ?
