The incident led to dive operators in Phuket being required to ensure that every tourist diver has a medical certificate approving them to dive. (See story here)

Meanwhile, Mr Pawai also confirmed that the body of Ms Zhang was flown back to China after it was confirmed that her death was caused by suffocation, and that her funeral was held last month.

This article and almost seems to come across that this is a good thing. The negligence that led to the tragic and untimely death of this beautiful young lady was bought out for about $28,500 USD, just a fraction of what these jerks rake in over the year. Disgusting to the core.
