Chef Kob brings Pan Asian Cuisine to Westin Siray.

The vibrant EEST restaurant at The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket, offers a modern and light approach to Pan Asian cuisine, enlivening the palate with fresh ingredients and a variety of delicious and exciting Asian flavours hailing from Thailand, Japan and Pan-Asia, perfectly accompanied by an extensive beverage menu.

Located right next to the ocean, EEST offers indoor and al fresco dining options to choose from while the open kitchen showcases a raw bar, wok cooking, and a Teppanyaki corner to add more intrigue to your dining experience.

Presenting the most famous and traditional dish of Phuket “Gaeng Poo Kanom Jeen”, a delicious coconut curry made from fresh crab meat, served on a bed of rice noodles, whipped up by Chef Kob.

The core ingredients which make the spicy paste used in this curry are local Thai herbs and betel leaves. The chef recommends that only the freshest hand-picked Phuket blue crabs can provide the sweetest taste to the recipe.
