As Hotel Manager, Ms Figen will report to the General Manager of Angsana Laguna Phuket and work closely with all departments to oversee the day-to-day operations of the beachfront resort, including budgeting and financial management as well as front-of-house Food & Beverage operations.
Ms Figen has more than 20 years of experience in Rooms Division with many global brands, such as Hilton, Starwood and Intercontinental worldwide, and has worked in Hong Kong and Turkey.
Before joining Angsana Laguna Phuket, she was Director of Rooms of Shangri-La Bosphorus in Istanbul, Turkey. Earlier to that she was working for the Mulia Group as Resident Manager at Mulia Resorts and Villa Bali, Indonesia.
Opened in 2011, Angsana Laguna Phuket is part of Laguna Phuket, Asia’s largest integrated resort. A 20-minute drive from Phuket International Airport, the resort offers 404 rooms, including lofts and suites, an award-winning tropical Angsana Spa and 10 meeting venues for up to 1,000 persons.
