Under the sea art exhibition at KIS

Kajonkiet International School held its second annual art exhibition on June 15.

Sunday 28 June 2015, 08:00AM

The exhibition was facilitated by Art, Design and Technology teacher Ms Lisa Ledwick and Thai teacher, Khun Kik. The theme of the exhibition was “under the sea”. The children, years 4 to 9 all worked hard on creating beautiful artworks. KIS holds the art exhibition to help develop and support children at the school who are artistically gifted. It is also to encourage creative thinking and showcase to the rest of the school each child’s talent. The exhibition also serves as an excellent simulation of what a real exhibition would be like, thus opening a window to a possible career. All the artworks are currently displayed around the school. It was a lot of fun for both teachers and children and KIS looks forward to the next exhibition.
