There were three accidents yesterday (April 15), with three people being taken to hospital.
Phuket’s record over the five days is 21 accidents, 22 injuries and no deaths.
The national numbers, however, are grim, with 393 accidents yesterday, 419 people hospitalised and 35 deaths, bringing the totals for the five days to 251 dead (an average of 3.3 per province) and 2,439 injured.
