The developer expects a good response from the Phuket market following the success of the first dCondo development on October 18, when all 556 units sold out in just three hours.
Suriya Wannabuit, Sansiri’s Executive Vice President for Project Management and Marketing, said the company is “confident and committed” to expanding its Phuket portfolio.
The second dCondo development, in Kathu, near the Kathu Tessabaan office, will consist of 653 units in three eight-storey blocks.
Prices for the 29-square-metre units will start at B999,000, with installment plans available for the down payment.
Next month, Sansiri also plans to launch two new housing developments – Habitia, consisting of semi-detached houses, and Habitown, consisting of townhouses. Like dCondo, they will be aimed at the low end of the Phuket market.
