Fun at the rock camp.

Fun at the rock camp.

Children aged 5 to 7 years old can join Little Rockers, and kids aged 8 to 15 years old can join Rock ‘n Roll Camp with an eye on either Glee Club or Band Camp.

The camps run from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday for the weeks starting June 30 and July 7.

At the camp the campers get to let out their inner rock star. They can choose to learn to sing, dance or play an instrument. Campers get to paint their own rock t-shirts, make gig posters and banners, perform live, act like stars in photo shoots and video shoots and play loads of music-related games.

At the end of each week the campers get to perform and show what they have created and practised in the week in a live concert to their family and friends.

The camps take place at the Phuket International Academy Day School (PIADS) and the cost per camper is B11,800. Siblings enjoy a sizeable discount with brothers and sisters joining for just B6,000 per sibling.

The fees include two t-shirts, daily lunch, snacks and refreshment as well as all materials used during the camp.

Students wishing to bring their own instruments and encouraged to do so.
