Property in Kata

Just like its neighbor Karon, the very family friendly resort of Kata has grown considerably over the last few years. Located on Phuket’s south west coast, it is perhaps livelier than Karon, with a bustling main street that gets busy in the evenings. Kata Beach is arguably one of the nicest beaches on the island, renowned for its powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water.

There are a few Phuket luxury properties for sale in Kata, which has some of the most magnificent views of the coastline.
