Thanu Peungdech, President of the P-REA described the event as an “important step” showing the quality of accommodation projects in Phuket, which have been able to attract buyers not only from Phuket but also other provinces and from overseas.
Thanu Hongyok, Vice President, said that the show will include many good-quality accommodation projects from around the island, at a variety of price levels. All the exhibitors will will be offering “special and attractive promotions”, he added.
Running in tandem with the exhibition will be a variety of seminars by well known business people and property owners and developers in Phuket who will share their experience and offer suggestions to those who wish to join the seminars.
One special feature that is sure to attract many people, said Pattanun Pisutwimon, the P-REA Secretary, will be the chance to consult with a famous Thai fortune teller about the future of property on the island.
