Representatives from the Thalang District Office called Auchai Sawang, aged 36, and told him they were interested in buying drugs, and was he able to meet them outside Phuket Provincial Prison. From there, he took officials to his house where more drugs were found - 600 ya ba pills in total.
Mr Auchai had previously spent time in prison after being caught with ya ba pills in August 2012. This time round, he confessed he was selling drugs in Mai Khao, and charging around B150-200 per tablet.
