However, you’ll need to get in quick because it finishes up this Sunday (March 31).

Overlooking the beautiful Natai Beach in Phang Nga, just across the Sarasin Bridge, with tables and chairs almost on the sand, the brunch is very reasonably priced.

For B1,650++ per person, you get unlimited soft drinks and local beverages. Or for B1,950++ per person, you enjoy unlimited soft drinks, local beverages, and cocktails for the duration.

The brunch includes a great selection of imported meats, cheese and breads, sushi and sashimi, oysters and prawns, salads, mini beef burgers and pasta. There’s also an impressive selection of desserts.

Overseeing the brunch is Executive Chef Jacobo Astray Tudela, from the north-west of Spain. He has been in Phuket for one year – before that he was in Bangkok working at the Imperial Queens Park.

He says the brunch is light with Mediterranean style touches, and the ideal type of food to relax by the beach with. His signature dish is paella, which he cooks volumes of for brunch diners.

“Sunday, for most people, is a day off to do something different. We are trying to get people out of Phuket, away from the traffic and the business, and we are only one hour’s drive north.”

Brunch guests have free access to the pool and beach loungers for the afternoon. Children under 5 dine free, and children aged between 5 and 12 are half price.

The brunch runs 12pm-3pm. After this weekend, the Sunday brunch will be replaced by other culinary events the resort is planning.
