Resort owner Narong Pattamasaevi has amalgamated the luxury resort Trisara and Kata’s Boathouse under a single entity, Montara Holdings, in preparation for an expansion drive.
Mr Lark has been appointed vice president of operations and development, with Antoine Melon taking over Mr Lark’s former role as general manager of Trisara from the beginning of this month.
Montara is targeting growth for both the Trisara and Boathouse brands within Thailand and the region. Expect to hear news of new projects in the near future.
Mr Lark enjoys near-legendary status as a luxury resort GM, having run Amanpuri and then Trisara – both hideaways for the rich, royal and famous – for well over two decades.
