Registering your SIM will help us to detect and recover your phone faster in event of theft, but if your SIM has been lost or stolen, you must first file a report to the police and bring that report to the DTAC outlet with you when requesting your new SIM.
DTAC will replace your SIM card if it has been damaged, lost or stolen. In all cases, you must present ID when you request the new SIM in person.
