Any successful fat loss program is going to take you out of your comfort zone, both in the gym and in the kitchen. Effective fat loss workouts can be energy depleting and physically and mentally taxing, so it’s imperative to follow a nutritional plan that’s filled with healthy, real foods (no processed, fast foods).
To maximally reduce your body fat percentage, you’re going to have to start in the kitchen. You may have heard the saying that abs are made in the kitchen, which is true – you can lose fat without even having to pick up a single weight or run a single step. But in order to build muscle, increase muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness, you’re going to have to hit the gym. So, to stimulate as much fat loss as possible, the Thanyapura programs consist of three full body workouts per week with three days of cardio homework and one day off.
Participants will train with the same trainer three days per week in a class of up to 12 like-minded people for the entire eight weeks and enjoy a supportive community atmosphere. Participants will be given dietary guidelines and be required to keep a food diary. The key to success is lifestyle education regarding food choices and exercise balance so the desired results can be achieved.
During Week One, participants will have a body fat/weight test with measurements of critical areas recorded. Diet guidelines and food diary will be explained. “Before” photos will be taken and most importantly, participants will officially confirm their “Agreement” (commitment) to follow the eight-week plan on paper and on video.

The Fat Burn and Body Transformation programmes are priced at B25,500 (B455 per day) and Thanyapura Club members receive 30 per cent discount.
