Anyone spotting Arabi or having information about his whereabouts should call 08-97244040.

Superintendent of Investigations, Pol Col Wanchai Palawan, told The Phuket News, “Our investigations have revealed that they had technological backup from aboard, and that their crimes were carefully planned.

“We also found that one of the men we caught, Ganzouai Zaidi, was already wanted on an arrest warrant issued in January for skimming in the Kamala area.”

Col Wanchai added, “I want to warn people using ATMs that if your card seems to be stuck in the ATM, it may be because of the skimmer machinery.

“The user should immediately report to the nearest bank branch and check the status of their account.”
