The Good Shepherd Sisters work directly with women, children, families and victims of human trafficking on Phuket.
The charity provides social services, medical care and education to help improve the dignity, self-sufficiency, and enhance the quality of life of many migrant workers and others who have been excluded from the benefits of society.
The merchandise shop also provides an opportunity for many of these individuals to develop skills, which can support their families and the Good Shepherd to therefore support others in need.
Many products have been handmade by or help those that have been abused, are poor, or suffer from HIV. The shop is situated at Plaza Del Mar, behind “Bake”.
