In a B100-million revamp aimed at bringing some life to the 8,000 square metres of dead space on the ground floor of the Homeworks complex, on the other side of the bypass road from Central Festival, the company has opened a Tops Supermarket, a Power Buy Centre, and a food hall.
Homeworks continues to occupy the upper floor, along with a coffee shop.
General ManagerWilaiporn “Maew” Pitimana-aree said she hopes the revamp will attract retailers selling brand-name goods. She added that there is also a plan to expand parking to accommodate 1,000 cars.
