Buffet by the beach

The Imperial Adamas Beach Resort in Nai Yang has introduced a daily international buffet dinner, priced at B950 net with free flow house wine, Thai whisky, draft beer and soft drinks.

The buffet is a mix of European, Thai, Mediterranean and Italian food, and aims to be as healthy as possible.

The kitchen team is led by Executive Chef Francois Pierre Lambiotte, who spent more than 20 years working for five star luxury hotel chain Sofitel.

He began at Imperial two years ago after spending 10 years working in Bangkok and Hua Hin, plus three years in Phnom Penh. He has also spent seven years working in Saudi Arabia and Syria, plus Rwanda, French Polynesia, Canada and the United States.

 The Imperial Adamas Beach Resort, Nai Yang, 076-316-000; Buffet daily 6.30pm-9.30pm. One child (aged 4-12) eats free per paying adult. Additional children B450.
