“So, to encourage Thai [people] above 60 years of age before the date of departure, and the disabled, to travel and use more airline service, we are glad to offer them 5 per cent discounted airfare for all our domestic routes.”
Passengers wishing to take advantage of the discount must buy their tickets from a Bangkok Airways office and present their ID card.
Bangkok Airways flies from Bangkok to Koh Samui, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Sukhothai, Lampang and Trat and from Koh Samui to Krabi, Phuket and U-Tapao. It also has flights from Chiang Mai to Koh Samui.
