PHUKET: One constant complaint from Phuket’s beach lifeguards is that beachgoers either don’t understand about red “no swimming” flags, or deliberately ignore them.

Down at Nai Harn Beach, lifeguards have come up with a more convincing way of warning people to stay away from the water.
Even though the sign lacks Chinese language (and Japanese, French, Italian, Mongolian, etc.), the message is still pretty clear.
