Janpeng Somdee, 31, Jantai Thepwongsa, 32, and Khamboo Thepwongsa, 38, were apprehended at a bus station after police received a tip-off that the women were transporting drugs from Laos.
When questioned, the trio allegedly admitted to officers they had drugs inside their genitals.
The women were taken to Kalasin Hospital for an X-ray, which revealed a total of 20 bags containing 4,000 methamphetamine tablets stashed inside their genitals and rectums, police said.
Investigators said the women were hired by another Lao woman to carry the speed pills across the border and deliver them to a customer in Kalasin province.
The suspects crossed the Mekong River in Mukdahan province and took a bus to Kalasin when they were arrested, officers said.
They were charged with possession of drugs with intent to sell.
