Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, directed by Justin Chadwick, stars British actor Idris Elba – who played Stinger Bell in the HBO television series The Wire – as the former South African president and champion of the struggle against apartheid.
No release date has been set, but the film is expected in cinemas later this year.
