French game developer Ubisoft, known for the Assassin’s Creed and Far Cry franchises, has acquired the rights to South Park: The Stick of Truth, and Koch Media has bought the Metro game series.

The big winner was Take-Two Interactive, which acquired the rights to THQ’s lucrative WWE gaming franchise.

Take-Two owns both 2K Games (developer of popular sport games) and Rockstar Games (developers of the Grand Theft Auto game series).
