-
Bring a 4x6-inch photo of themselves
-
Bring Thailand ID card, passport, driving licence or other photo identification
-
Bring music and props needed to complete their act
-
Keep the act between 2 and 3 minutes long
There is also the option to audition online by submitting a video clip by February 28 at the latest.
For more details on how to register and conditions of entry, visit the Thailand's Got Talent website or Facebook page (Thai language only).
During season two of Thailand’s Got Talent in last year, Phuket contestants Warunee ‘Gig’ Suwannurak and Romadon Suriyan competed in the September final alongside 10 other hopefuls for the grand prize.
Aerial acrobat Leng Rachanikorn Keawdee eventually won the competition and the B5 million cash prize.
Both Gig and Romadon are ineligible to enter again. However, when spoken to this morning Romadon said it was likely he, along with Gig and other finalists, would be guest performers on the season three show.
Gig told The Phuket News she was unable to enter the competition again because of the Thailand’s Got Talent rules, and also because of her contract with Workpoint Entertainment, a Thai media company.
Her new song is in the process of being composed and would be released by Workpoint. On March 6 she would be involved in an entertainment event at Boat Lagoon in Phuket, she said.
