Mr Furrer has been with the company since 2004, most recently as Acting GM at the Swissôtel Nai Lert Park in Bangkok. Before that he was Director of F&B at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka in Japan.
In Osaka, he was responsible for seven Food & Beverage outlets and managed more than 250 staff.
He holds a BSc in international hospitality management from the Lausanne Hotel School.
