Jones Lang LaSalle Hotel sale of Mövenpick Resort and Spa Karon Beach Phuket won that award. The Best Property Management Company also went to Jones Lang LaSalle. CB Richard Ellis Co., Ltd won both the Best Residental Agent for both Phuket and Bangkok.
Meanwhile, the Best Boutique Condo Development award went to Bluepoint Condos and Best Villa Development went to Banyan Tree Residences – both in Phuket.
About 500 people attended the gala dinner, now in it's 7th year, the event recognizes the highest quality Thailand has to offer in the in the real real estate, construction, architectural and interior design industries.
