The two hotels up for national Best Hotel Architectural Design awards are Beyond Khaolak and Beyond Krabi, two new resorts built by Phuket’s Kata Group.
The real estate agents in the Phuket finals are Exotiq Phuket, Tropical Homes and CB Richard Ellis, while the two developments up for Best Boutique Condo Development in Phuket are Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa, and Bluepoint Condos.
CB Richard Ellis, Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle, all of which manage properties in Phuket, are also competing for awards in the Best Property Management Company section of the awards.
The short list was announced yesterday (September 10) by awards organisers Ensign Media.
The ultimate winners will be announced at the annual gala dinner on October 13 in the Napalai Hall of the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok.
