Phuket SMART Property Lifestyle Expo gets underway

PHUKET: This festive season a brand new attraction is coming to Phuket, the SMART Property and Lifestyle Expo will take place from December 27 – 30, 2012 at the Royal Phuket Marina. It’s billed as Phuket’s best extravaganza for accessible luxury experience. Visitors are invited to see, feel and taste – the luxury life.

A showcase of best investment properties and “lifestyle” activities that epitomize luxury aspiration will be on display.

According to the organizer, Hoi Cheung, Director, 3C Ltd, “In recent years Phuket has become known as the playground of the world’s rich and famous, attracting pop stars, celebrities, supermodels and multi-millionaires.

"We have a fantastic venue in the Royal Phuket Marina, and what we are trying to achieve is to provide a taste of the luxury lifestyle experience to our international visitors and clients.”

International luxury properties from condominiums, villas, town houses, resort property to CBD apartments from the best investment destinations will be on show.

Hayden Rhodes, a celebrity performance coach and general manager for the club will walk through detoxification and stress reduction methods at the free seminars inside the expo hall.

The free seminars offer visitors the chance to improve their mindset and knowledge on property investment and well-being matters.

There are 2 live interviews with property icons Songkran Issara, managing director of Charn Issara Development PLC; and Gulu Lalvani, chairman of the prestigious Royal Phuket Marina.
