The biggest local winner was Kata Rocks, whose team brought home six awards. Four of these were in the Thailand category, for best apartment, best development marketing, best developer website and a highly commended in the best development segment.
The development also won best development marketing and best developer website accolades for Asia-Pacific.

Bluepoint Condos won two awards in the Thailand category, for best development multiple units, and best architecture multiple residence.
Architects Original Vision won a highly commended for architecture single residence, for their work on Sava at Natai.
Hunter Sotheby won best agency website, Thailand, while Banyan Tree won best development multiple units for Banyan Tree Residences at Laguna.
