Aldhouse was in court again on Wednesday (December 24) for a remand hearing.
He claims he did not intend to kill Longfellow, but only to injure him – in effect, an admission of manslaughter.
But the prosecution affirmed at the hearing that they would seek a murder conviction for kick-boxer Aldhouse.
The court remanded him in Phuket Prison for another 12 days.
